This year, our focus was on innovation: from circular economy and digital transformation to artificial intelligence and support for women-led startups. We supported women from rural areas, promoted women investors, connected generations, and sent the voice of Serbia to Europe-with a clear message: women’s entrepreneurship has a future. Because the Success Flower Award is not just an award. It is a symbol of courage, solidarity, and perseverance. Together, we are building a world in which every woman has the opportunity to thrive.”
