All About the 19th Success Flower Award 2025

On December 4, 2025, the traditional event Success Flower Award 2025 was held at the Madlenianum Opera and Theatre.

For the 19th consecutive year, the Association of Business Women in Serbia presented awards to the most successful women entrepreneurs in the country. Awards were granted in the following categories: Successful Business Model and Export-Oriented Company, along with Special Awards for entrepreneurs who stood out based on criteria from the main categories.

For the eighth consecutive year, the Association also presented the Gender-Sensitive Company Award to companies that implement socially responsible business strategies, adhere to the principles of gender equality and the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles, and provide best practices for integrating women into supply chains.

This year, in cooperation with the Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Serbia, the Association presented the World Intellectual Property Organization’s WIPO IP Enterprise Award 2025 for the fourth time.

ABOUT THE SUCCESS FLOWER AWARD

This year, the following recognitions were presented:

  • Best Women Entrepreneurs in Serbia – 4 awards
  • Gender-Sensitive Companies – 5 awards
  • WIPO IP Enterprise Award 2025– 1 award

 

(I)

The competition for selecting the best women entrepreneurs in Serbia, the 19th Success Flower Award 2025, has been organized for the nineteenth consecutive year. The competition was open from June 3 to August 31, 2025, and all businesswomen in Serbia who are owners or co-owners of companies were eligible to apply, regardless of the type of business activity.

Awards to the best women entrepreneurs were granted in the following categories:

 

  • EXPORT-ORIENTED COMPANY
  • SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS MODEL
  • SPECIAL AWARDS

 

(II)

From June 3 to September 5, 2025, the 8th competition was organized for companies that implement the 5th United Nations Women’s Empowerment Principle, provide the best model for integrating women into supply chains, and apply gender equality principles in their business operations, in the category:

 

  • GENDER-SENSITIVE COMPANY

 

(III)

On June 3, a competition was opened and ran until September 5 for women entrepreneurs who successfully apply intellectual property within their companies. The Association of Business Women in Serbia, in cooperation with the Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Serbia and with the support of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), awarded the prize for the fourth time this year:

  • Over the past 19 years, 188 women entrepreneurs have received the “Success Flower Award”
  • Over the past 8 years, 38 companies have received the “Gender-Sensitive Company” award
  • Over the past 4 years, 4 women-led companies have received the WIPO IP Enterprise Award

The award ceremony is traditionally held at the Madlenianum Opera and Theatre, and for those who were unable to attend in person, the event was broadcast live via the YouTube channel of the Association of Business Women in Serbia:
