IMPACTA project

IMPACTA project

April 2025 – March 2028

IMPACTA – Innovative Mentorship and Policies for Advancing Change and Transformation Agenda for Women Business Actors is a European project funded by the Danube Region Programme.

The Association of Business Women in Serbia started the implementation of activities in April 2025. The project will last 3 years, until March 2028.

The Impacta project aims to empower female entrepreneurs and investors working in the field of social innovation – ideas and solutions that bring benefit to society. Through this project, a new model of cooperation and support is being developed that goes beyond the borders of one country and can be applied throughout the Danube region. One of the main activities is the formation of international groups that bring together women from different sectors, in order to work together to exchange knowledge, build skills and create new ideas and policies. Impacta is also creating a long-term hub (HUB) where women entrepreneurs and investors will be able to network, receive mentorship, participate in support programs, use digital tools and collaborate with cultural and creative industries. The project connects the academic community, the business world and experts, in order to jointly contribute to the development of female entrepreneurship and innovations that have a positive impact on society. This project aims at innovative mentoring, networking and improving the position of women on the labor market, as well as female entrepreneurship in general by providing access to potential sources of financing.

The consortium consists of 8 partners from 7 countries: Women Business Angels (Hungary), Regional Agency for Entrepreneurship and Innovations – Varna (Bulgaria), Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Moldova, HÉTFA Research Institute (Hungary), Technological Park Varaždin (Croatia), Association of Business Women in Serbia, TUM International GmbH – The University Company (Germany), Ukranian HUB v. NGO BRIT (Ukraine).
