Ronja Education Center

2007-2010

The project “Ronja Education Center”, funded by Olof Palme Center, through the Swedish Union of Tenants and
Belgrade City Council.

The majority of Ronja project involves start-up trainings for unemployed women; 100 women have
received Ronja start-up training in Serbia. In 2007-2008, 10 small companies were formed, and in
2009-2010, ABW partnered with Privredna Banka Beograd who approved 10 business plans from
the start-up training for micro-crediting. This is an ongoing project.
